For those interested in sponsoring RYBSA, it is important to note that sponsorship must be driven by a sense of duty to support the community. While there are some benefits associated with sponsorship, the primary goal is to assist RYBSA in fostering valuable life skills in our young players.
Sponsorship of RYBSA does not grant any rights or responsibilities in the operation of the organization or any team within it. Sponsors do not have a say in the selection of managers, coaches, or players for any team. The relationship between the Sponsor and RYBSA is that of independent contractors, with no authority to represent or bind each other.
Furthermore, any reference to sponsorship must clearly state that the sponsorship is with RYBSA ONLY. The use of RYBSA logos by local sponsors is prohibited unless express written permission is granted by RYBSA.
